A very impressive large mid Victorian, pale oak four door bookcase c.1860 by the London makers Jenks & Holt. Standing 10 feet long and 8 feet 4 inches tall with glazed four door top with adjustable shelves over a cupboard base with four drawers at the waist. Superb quality, of quartered English oak, with oak drawer linings and attractive carved detail. Good pale colour and simple uncluttered design. Superb condition, original throughout. Key supplied.
