Unusual 18th.c. Carved Oak Box.

An early 18th.c. oak coffer with very unusual carved and stained front. The origins of this unique box are unknown but the radial half moon pattern along the top rail and the use of stain corresponds to that found on a lot of carved furniture from Monmouth around the same period. Excellent colour and condition with original stiles, oak sides and oak panelled back.

Georgian Oak Shropshire Dresser c.1800.

Open rack three drawer oak dresser on legs produced around the mid Wales marches or Shropshire in the first decade of the 19th.c. Fully restored and in really superb condition with a fantastic patina (notice the plate reflected in the finish on the base). Inlaid drawer fronts and doors, original brass handles.

Small Early 19th.c. Oak Welsh Dresser Base.

Delightful little early 19th.c oak dresser base c.1820. With raised scratch panel doors, ebony escutcheons and distinctive inlaid detail typical of furniture produced in Talwrn on Anglesey. Cupboard interior, the bottom two drawers being dummy fronts. Excellent colour and condition having been fully restored in our workshop. Original back and floor boards, original feet, working locks to both doors with keys supplied.

Small Late Georgian Dresser Base.

Small late Georgian oak dresser base. Merionethshire c.1800. Three drawers above a two door cupboard base . Oak sides and floor, inside is a single piece elm shelf running the entire length of the base. Excellent colour and condition having been repolished in our workshops.
